Imagine uncorking a bottle of cabernet. The aroma of violets, blackcurrants, and spice guide you on the path from bottle to glass. Your gaze settles upon the dark sheen of the wine and you remember when the contents of the bottle in your hand were grapes. You saw them. You were the catalyst that transformed them into what you now hold.
Your eyes land upon the unique label decorating the bottle. The night you had the idea for that design jumps to the front of your memory. As you tilt the bottle and fill two glasses, handing one to your friend, you toast to each other and you smile at the memories in the bottle. This isn't just wine. This is wine your way.

Winemaking classes are a fun opportunity for people to expand upon their knowledge of wine in an exciting interactive way. Don't worry, there is no judgement here. We appreciate the traditional expectations of wine but choose to redefine the norms to make wine more accessible and enjoyable to you! UCW's main focus is to have a good time and make memories that last. So please, come as you are!
